- 5 whole Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce (Jarred)
- 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
Directions

1Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

2Crack in the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

3Once eggs have set and start to turn white, pour in the marinara sauce.

4Turn heat down to medium.

5Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes for over medium eggs.

6Top with Parmesan and parsley.
