- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 8 to 10 link sausages, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. whipping cream (unwhipped)
Directions

1Melt butter in 9 x 9-inch square pan.

2Put 1/2 of cheese on bottom of pan.

3Break eggs in pan; pierce yolks with fork and swirl.

4Lay sausages over eggs.

5Pour cream over all and sprinkle with other 1/2 of cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
