  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 to 10 link sausages, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream (unwhipped)

Directions

    Melt butter in 9 x 9-inch square pan.

    Put 1/2 of cheese on bottom of pan.

    Break eggs in pan; pierce yolks with fork and swirl.

    Lay sausages over eggs.

    Pour cream over all and sprinkle with other 1/2 of cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
