  • 18 eggs
  • 1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 can mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • chopped green pepper (optional)

Directions

    Spread butter in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pat half of the cheese in the bottom of the pan.

    Beat eggs, just a little, and pour on top of cheese.

    Add a little salt and pepper.

    Put drained mushrooms on top of eggs, then add cream.

    Next layer on the sausage and the rest of the cheese.

    Let sit overnight.

    Next day, bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until set.
