- 18 eggs
- 1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- chopped green pepper (optional)
Directions

1Spread butter in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Pat half of the cheese in the bottom of the pan.

3Beat eggs, just a little, and pour on top of cheese.

4Add a little salt and pepper.

5Put drained mushrooms on top of eggs, then add cream.

6Next layer on the sausage and the rest of the cheese.

7Let sit overnight.

8Next day, bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until set.
