- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 14 cup fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 14 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions

1Melt margerine in a saucepan over medium heat.

2Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and basil.

3Add milk.

4Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly.

5Remove from heat.

6Spoon 2 tbsp into 4 individual pyrex/souffle dishes.

7Break an egg into each.

8Season with salt and pepper.

9Spoon remaining sauce over each.

10Bake at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes.

11Sprinkle with cheese and put back for another 2-3 minutes until melted.
