Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell, deep dish (can use frozen)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 14 cups half-and-half cream
  • 12 cup cheese, shredded (Swiss, mozzarella, jack, cheddar)
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 12 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 12 cup green peppers or 12 cup red pepper, diced
  • 34 cup ham, chopped (or sausage, bacon, pepperoni)
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 dash paprika

Directions

    Layer cheese, meat and vegetables of your choice in pie shell.

    In a medium bowl combine eggs, half & half, salt and pepper.

    Beat until lightly foamy with hand mixer.

    Pour mixture into pie shell.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake in a 425 oven for 20 minutes.

    Decrease temperature to 350 for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
