Ingredients: Ice; 1 ounce pisco; 1 ounce Carpano Antica Formula or other sweet vermouth; 3/4 ounce Cynar; 1 1/2 teaspoons Fernet-Branca (bitter Italian digestif); 1 scant teaspoon Creole Shrubb or other orange liqueur; 1 orange twist, for garnish

1 ounce Carpano Antica Formula or other sweet vermouth
3/4 ounce Cynar
1 1/2 teaspoons Fernet-Branca (bitter Italian digestif)
1 scant teaspoon Creole Shrubb or other orange liqueur
1 orange twist, for garnish

Directions

Fill a pint glass with ice.

Add the pisco, vermouth, Cynar, Fernet-Branca and Creole Shrubb and stir well.

Strain into a chilled double rocks glass and garnish with the orange twist.
