Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 ounce pisco
  • 1 ounce Carpano Antica Formula or other sweet vermouth
  • 3/4 ounce Cynar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Fernet-Branca (bitter Italian digestif)
  • 1 scant teaspoon Creole Shrubb or other orange liqueur
  • 1 orange twist, for garnish

Directions

    Fill a pint glass with ice.

    Add the pisco, vermouth, Cynar, Fernet-Branca and Creole Shrubb and stir well.

    Strain into a chilled double rocks glass and garnish with the orange twist.
