- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 pkg. tortilla chips
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 c. sliced olives
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 3 to 4 chopped chilies or small can diced chilies
- Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Using taco seasoning, prepare meat following package directions.

2Add tomato sauce.

3Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, chilies and olives in a bowl.

4Crush 1/2 package of chips and put in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

5Add 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 cheese mixture and 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese.

6Repeat layers, finishing with Monterey Jack cheese.

7Top with crushed chips and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Pour wine over chicken and return to oven for 30 minutes.
