  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 pkg. Chili-O mix
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 pkg. yellow rice
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • Fritos
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 c. olives
  • 1 c. lettuce
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • fresh tomatoes

Directions

    Brown meat and spices to taste (salt, pepper and garlic salt). Add can of tomatoes and chili mix. Cook yellow rice according to directions.

    Layer meat, then rice in casserole dish.

    Heat soup and milk.

    Pour over meat and rice.

    Put onions, olives, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese on top. Top with Fritos.
