  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 3 1/2 c. (1 lb. 12 oz. can) tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) whole kernel corn (undrained)
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
