- 1 c. elbow macaroni
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook elbows and drain.

2Place in buttered casserole dish.

3Melt butter in double boiler.

4Add flour, salt and pepper.

5Blend.

6Add milk slowly until sauce thickens.

7Add shredded cheese.

8Fry hamburger and drain.

9Combine with elbows.

10Mix thoroughly.

11Add sauce and top with bread crumbs.

12Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
