  • 1 ounce cream sherry, preferably Lustau Rare Cream
  • 1/2 ounce Luxardo Amaro Abano or other amaro, such as Averna or Amaro Lucano
  • 2 ounces chilled club soda
  • 2 orange twists skewered on a pick with 2 green olives, for garnish
