Elegant Lobster Or Shrimp Casserole

- 1 lb. lobster tails or shrimp
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- milk
- 3 oz. canned mushrooms
- cooked rice
Directions

1In lightly salted water, cook lobster or shrimp.

2Cook 5 minutes.

3Dice lobster meat and set aside.

4Melt butter in top of double boiler.

5Blend in flour, salt and pepper.

6Blend in enough hot milk to make 3 cups of gravy.

7Slowly stir butter and flour mixture until smooth and well-thickened.

8Add mushrooms.

9Blend well and pour into shallow casserole.

10Cook 5-inches below broiler until sauce is bubbly.

11Serve over rice.
