- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 c. flour
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- cinnamon
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water.

2Combine all ingredients, except cinnamon and sugar, and mix well.

3Divide dough into 12 pieces. Let sit for 10 minutes, then roll out on a lightly floured board. Using hands, stretch each piece in a circle.

4Heat vegetable in a 10-inch skillet (cast-iron is preferred).

5Place each circle of dough in hot oil and turn once.

6The surface will bubble and blister and should be lightly browned.

7Turn with spatula and bread knife and place on an absorbent paper towel.

8Sprinkle immediately with sugar and cinnamon.
