- 1 onion - large
- 4 stalk celery
- 5 tablespoon thyme - lots
- 1 jar mincemeat
- 4 ounce brandy

1mince onion

2slice celery into thick slices.

3saute onion adn celery in butter until translucent but still crisp and NOT BROWN.

4Pour mixture over bread cubes.

5Add lots of thyme, large jar of mincemeat, brandy and rum.
