  • 4 ears corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 6 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

    Heat grill to medium heat.

    Grill corn 15 to 20 min.

    or until tender, turning occasionally.

    Remove from grill, cool slightly.

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut kernels off corn cobs; place in medium bowl.

    Add mayo, chili powder and half the cheese; mix lightly.

    Spoon into 9-inch pie plate; top with remaining cheese.
