- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 large clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 tsp. cumin seed (3 tsp. ground)
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 heaping Tbsp. masa harina
- 2 oz. chili blend
Directions

1Saute beef and onion until done.

2Toast chili blend in skillet.

3Do not scorch.

4Add to meat; rinse remaining chili blend from skillet.

5Pour over meat; add remaining ingredients and simmer in covered pot for 2 to 3 hours.
