- 1 envelope lime flavored low calorie gelatin
- 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
- 3/4 c. rye crisp crumbs
- artificial sweetener to equal 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Prepare gelatin according to package directions, using 1/4 cup less water than indicated.

2Chill until partially set; fold in drained pineapple.

3Arrange cantaloupe halves on a shallow tray; fill cavities with gelatin mixture and chill until set.

4Roll rye crisp with a rolling pin to make fine crumbs and add sugar substitutes and cinnamon.
