- 1 pound bean sprouts
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

1In a wok, heat the peanut oil.
