- 125 g crab meat, finely chopped
- 1 None spring onion, finely sliced (reserve a few slices for garnish)
- 30 g walnut haves, ground
- 2 tbsp linseeds, ground
- 1/2-1 tbsp plain flour
- 1 None medium egg yolk
- 1 tbsp mayonnnaise
- 1/2 slice lemon
Directions

1Mix crab meat, spring onion, ground nuts and seeds, flour, egg yolk and mayonnaise. Season with a little salt then shape into 4 small, flat patties.

2Heat oil in a small non-stick pan and sear crab cakes, turning, for 5 mins. Remove from pan and set aside to cool. Serve with sliced lemon.
