  • 125 g crab meat, finely chopped
  • 1 None spring onion, finely sliced (reserve a few slices for garnish)
  • 30 g walnut haves, ground
  • 2 tbsp linseeds, ground
  • 1/2-1 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 None medium egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp mayonnnaise
  • 1/2 slice lemon

Directions

    Mix crab meat, spring onion, ground nuts and seeds, flour, egg yolk and mayonnaise. Season with a little salt then shape into 4 small, flat patties.

    Heat oil in a small non-stick pan and sear crab cakes, turning, for 5 mins. Remove from pan and set aside to cool. Serve with sliced lemon.
