Ingredients
- 2 cans (7 1/2 oz.) or 1 lb. crabmeat
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 c. bread cubes, crusts removed (save for crumbling on top)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/2 tsp. Durkee sauce
Directions

1Combine crabmeat, chopped eggs, parsley and onion.

2Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and stir carefully into crabmeat mixture.

3Place into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and cover with crumbled bread crusts, if desired.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes, until done.
