Ingredients

  • 2 cans (7 1/2 oz.) or 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 c. bread cubes, crusts removed (save for crumbling on top)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 1 Tbsp. sherry
  • 1/2 tsp. Durkee sauce

Directions

    Combine crabmeat, chopped eggs, parsley and onion.

    Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and stir carefully into crabmeat mixture.

    Place into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and cover with crumbled bread crusts, if desired.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes, until done.
