- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- dash of cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Brown beef; add onion, garlic, salt and pepper.

2Drain excess oil.

3Add cinnamon and raisins.

4Set aside to cool.

5In a mixing bowl, mix Bisquick and milk.

6Form into a ball.

7Roll out into floured surface and roll out into a thin rectangle.

8Cut into squares.

9Fill each square with a tablespoon of meat mixture and close to form a half moon, sealing in meat mixture tightly.

10Fry these little half moons until brown.

11Drain and serve.
