  • 1 12 cups of sliced up mushrooms (or to taste)
  • 1 head broccoli, cut up and uncooked (or to taste)
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped (or to taste)
  • 12 cup chopped pecans (or nut of your choice)
  • 1 pint of sliced strawberry
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled could also use bleu cheese
  • 1 cup oil (canola not olive oil)
  • 12 cup red wine vinegar
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 13 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon

Directions

    In a bowl of Mixed Greens assemble the salad and mix the dressing, put the dressing on right before serving and enjoy!

    Pecans, strawberries and cheese should be put on right before serving.
