- 1 lb. hamburger
- chopped onion to taste
- 1/2 pkg. enchilada sauce mix
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3/4 to 1 c. water
- 4 or 5 tortillas
- grated Cheddar cheese
- grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg. chili mix
Directions

1Brown hamburger and onions.

2Add chili mix, enchilada mix, tomato sauce, water and Accent.

3Simmer for 15 minutes.

4Put a little of sauce on bottom of 2 or 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Place 2 tortillas on sauce; add more sauce and sprinkle cheese (both kinds) on sauce.

5Repeat layer, ending with cheese.

6Bake in 350° to 375° oven until bubbly and cheese melted.
