- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 c. taco or picante sauce (add less or more depending on how hot you like it)
- corn tortillas
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown beef and onion together and drain fat.

2Add soups and sauces.

3Cook and simmer until hot and bubbly.

4Tear corn tortillas apart and line casserole dish.

5Put layers of sauce and then layers of cheese and more tortillas.

6Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
