Enchilada Casserole

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can chopped green chili peppers
  • taco flavored chips
  • 1/4 lb. grated Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Saute hamburger and onion until grayish in color.

    Heat soups, enchilada sauce and milk.

    Add to this mixture the green chili peppers.

    Combine mixtures and pour 1/2 into a large casserole. Add a layer of taco flavored chips and top with a layer of grated Velveeta cheese.

    Repeat process.

    Place in 350° oven and cook until cheese is melted.
