  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 large can Las Palmas sauce
  • 1/4 can water
  • 1 can ripe olives
  • 1 pkg. corn tortillas
  • 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, sliced
