- 1 chopped onion
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. tortillas (corn)
- 1 small can diced Ortega chiles
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can pitted olives
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can enchilada sauce
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Lightly brown meat and onions; drain off grease.

2Add rest of ingredients, except cheese and tortillas.

3Lay tortillas in pan, layer with meat and cheese; repeat, ending with cheese.

4You may want to reserve some sauce for top (optional).

5Cover with foil; bake at 300° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
