- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 (4 oz.) cans green chillies
- salt
Directions

1Saute onion, garlic, butter and ground beef.

2Add cream of mushroom soup, tomato paste and green chillies and cook.

3Place 1/2 package of tortilla chips in a greased baking dish.

4Pour meat mixture over chips.

5Top with remaining tortilla chips.

6Sprinkle top with 3 cups grated cheese.

7Bake for 20 minutes.

8Serve with sour cream.
