  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (6 oz.) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn chips
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Brown the hamburger.

    Add sauces, onions, beans, half of the corn chips (lightly crushed) and half of the Cheddar cheese.

    Pour into a large casserole and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
