  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 oz.) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 c. sour cream (optional)
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips (reserve 1 c.)
  • 1/2 c. additional cheese

Directions

    Brown meat with onion; drain.

    In large bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups cheese, beans, sauces and chips.

    Add meat and mix lightly.

    Bake in 2 1/2-quart casserole at 375° for 30 minutes.

    Spread top with sour cream and 1/2 cup more cheese.

    Circle reserved chips around edge and bake 5 minutes more.
