- 24 soft corn tortillas
- 16 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion in cooking oil; add green chilies, cream of chicken soup, mushroom soup, enchilada sauce, salt and pepper.

2Layer tortillas and meat sauce in greased baking pan. Cover with grated cheese.

3Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
