- 1 (19 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/4 cans water
- 1 1/2 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar and 1 lb. Jack cheese
Directions

1Brown beef and onion.

2Drain grease.

3Add flour and chili powder, stirring while adding.

4Add enchilada sauce and water. Simmer 1/2 hour.

5Fry tortillas and dip in sauce.

6Layer torts, cheese and sauce in 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Begin sauce; end cheese. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
