- 1 pkg. 6-inch flour tortillas
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can RoTel
- 1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 small can chopped jalapeno
- 8 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Brown meat with onion and drain.

2Add RoTel, enchilada sauce and jalapenos.

3Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat.

4Spray 9-inch x 13-inch casserole dish with no stick cooking spray. Layer tortillas, meat mixture, and cheese.

5Will make two layers. Bake at 350° until cheese bubbles.

6Serve with sour cream.
