- 1 large onion
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cans red chili sauce or enchilada sauce
- 12 corn tortillas or corn chips
- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 1 large can ripe olives, sliced
- 1 large can chili and beans
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Brown onions and meat.

2Combine tomato paste, water, and chili sauce; add to meat and bring to boil.

3Layer 1/4 of meat in greased casserole.

4Cover with 3 tortillas, then cheese and olives; alternate layers.

5Add chili and beans before top layer of cheese and olives.

6Bake 1 hour at 325°.

7Freezes well.
