- 2 lb. hamburger, seasoned, browned and drained
- 1 onion, chopped and sauteed
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced olives
- 1 or 2 cans diced chilies
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (28 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 lb. or more grated cheese
- 12 to 14 tortillas, torn into pieces
Directions

1Mix together hamburger, onion, olives, chilies and soup. Layer in pan tortillas, enchilada sauce, meat and cheese.

2Should layer about 2 or 3 times.

3Use flat cake pan.

4Bake at 400° until bubbly on top, about 35 to 45 minutes.
