  • 2 lb. hamburger, seasoned, browned and drained
  • 1 onion, chopped and sauteed
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced olives
  • 1 or 2 cans diced chilies
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (28 oz.) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 lb. or more grated cheese
  • 12 to 14 tortillas, torn into pieces

Directions

    Mix together hamburger, onion, olives, chilies and soup. Layer in pan tortillas, enchilada sauce, meat and cheese.

    Should layer about 2 or 3 times.

    Use flat cake pan.

    Bake at 400° until bubbly on top, about 35 to 45 minutes.
