- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- corn tortillas
Directions

1Brown ground chuck; add onion and slowly cook until onion is tender.

2Add soups and enchilada sauce.

3Mix well and set aside. In greased 9 x 13-inch pan, tear and line bottom with tortillas. Cover with meat mixture, then a layer of grated cheese.

4Repeat with another layer of tortillas and soup mixture.

5Bake in a 350° oven until bubbly and slightly brown.

6Remove from oven and cover, while hot, with grated cheese.
