- 13 oz. evaporated milk
- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 10 3/4 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 7 oz. green chiles, diced
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 8 corn tortillas, fired
Directions

1Melt cheese in evaporated milk and soup.

2Brown ground beef. Add onion, garlic, salt and green chilies.

3Cook until onion is tender.

4Fry tortillas until soft.

5Layer ingredients in a greased 2-quart casserole dish, starting with tortillas, then meat mixture.

6Repeat.

7Pour cheese sauce over the top.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
