- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas, quartered
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown together the ground beef and onion.

2Add the enchilada sauce and soups.

3In a greased dish, layer tortillas and soup mixture.

4Top with cheese.

5Repeat until all mixture is used up. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
