  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas, quartered
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown together the ground beef and onion.

    Add the enchilada sauce and soups.

    In a greased dish, layer tortillas and soup mixture.

    Top with cheese.

    Repeat until all mixture is used up. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
