  • 4 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large bottle of taco sauce
  • 2 large (or 4 small) Old El Paso enchilada sauce
  • 2 packages of shredded cheese
  • 1 large (or 2 small) cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • powdered chili to taste
  • corn tortillas (package of about 36)

Directions

    Brown ground meat, drain. Combine meat, onions, sauces, soups, and chili. Simmer till blended. Layer meat, tortillas, and cheese., ending with cheese in a 12 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350° till cheese is melted and bubbly.
