  • 1 1/2 c. sharp American cheese, shredded
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans (1 2/3 cups)
  • 1 (15 oz.) jar enchilada sauce (1 2/3 cups)
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    For topper reserve 1 cup of corn chips.

    Combine rest of chips with 1 cup shredded sharp American cheese, chili with beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and minced onion.

    Pour into 11x7x1-1/2 baking dish.

    Bake uncovered 30 minutes or till hot in 375° oven. Spread top with 1 cup sour cream.

    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded sharp American cheese.

    Circle rest of corn chips around edge.

    Bake 5 minutes longer.
