- 1 1/2 c. sharp American cheese, shredded
- 1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans (1 2/3 cups)
- 1 (15 oz.) jar enchilada sauce (1 2/3 cups)
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1For topper reserve 1 cup of corn chips.

2Combine rest of chips with 1 cup shredded sharp American cheese, chili with beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and minced onion.

3Pour into 11x7x1-1/2 baking dish.

4Bake uncovered 30 minutes or till hot in 375° oven. Spread top with 1 cup sour cream.

5Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded sharp American cheese.

6Circle rest of corn chips around edge.

7Bake 5 minutes longer.
