  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 small box strawberry jell-o
  • 2 pints fresh strawberries
  • 2 prepared pie crusts
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Cook water, sugar and cornstarch until thick.

    Add jell-o. Cool to room temperature.

    Place whole strawberries in baked pie crust.

    Pool cooled mixture over strawberries and chill.

    Top with whipped cream.
