- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel
- 1 (10 oz.) can pinto beans
- 1 (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onions and pepper in skillet.

2Mix beans, Ro-Tel and chicken soup together in a large bowl.

3Grease bottom of casserole dish.

4Place uncooked tortillas in bottom of dish.

5Layer meat, beans, Ro-Tel and soup.

6Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Place layer of tortilla shells on top.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
