- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas, quartered
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain.

2Put layer of tortilla quarters on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Heat together soup, enchilada sauce, chili and garlic powders.

4Top tortilla layer with about 1/3 of the cheese, 1/2 meat mixture and 1/2 the sauce.

5Repeat layers.

6Top with remaining cheese.

7Heat in 350° oven until cheese bubbles.
