  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 10 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown the hamburger and drain. Add soups, sauce and evaporated milk.

    Heat until thickened.

    Line a 9 x 12-inch baking dish with tortillas.

    Pour half the meat mixture on.

    Add another layer of tortilla shells.

    Pour remaining meat mixture over shells. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
