- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 10 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown the hamburger and drain. Add soups, sauce and evaporated milk.

2Heat until thickened.

3Line a 9 x 12-inch baking dish with tortillas.

4Pour half the meat mixture on.

5Add another layer of tortilla shells.

6Pour remaining meat mixture over shells. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
