- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 lb. lean ground meat
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper in a skillet.

2Drain off the fat.

3In a mixing bowl, combine sauce, soup and milk. Stir in the meat.

4Break the tortillas into small pieces.

5Put some meat in the casserole dish to cover the bottom.

6Alternate meat, tortillas and cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
