- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground meat
- 1 onion
- 1 pkg. enchilada mix
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
- 15 tortillas (corn), cut in fourths
Directions

1Brown ground meat and onion; add enchilada mix, tomato soup, mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes.

2Cook for about 10 minutes, then pour in casserole dish, alternating meat with tortillas.

3Top with grated cheese (1 1/2 cups).

4Bake at 350° for 35 minutes; can be frozen before you cook.
