- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 can mild enchilada sauce
- 3/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper
- other spices (if desirable)
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- grated cheese
Directions

1Brown beef, onion and peppers.

2Mix soups, sauce, spices, celery and milk in with beef and vegetables.

3Layer in casserole (rectangular) dish:

4tortillas, mix, cheese and repeat.

5Bake approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
