Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can water
- 1 (8 oz.) enchilada mild sauce
- 1 pkg. soft tortilla shells
- 1 lb. cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Combine meat, green pepper, chili powder and oregano. Cook until meat browns.

2Drain.

3Remove from heat. Add soup, water, sauce and garlic salt.

4In a 9 x 13-inch greased pan, layer tortillas, meat, cheese and end with meat on top.

5Refrigerate 24 hours.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Top with sour cream and taco sauce.

8Let set for awhile.
