- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced chilies
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 pkg. (12) corn tortillas
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Fry hamburger and onions until done; drain.

2Mix soups, enchilada sauce, olives, chilies and milk with the hamburger and onions.

3Tear up 5 or 6 corn tortillas; put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Pour on half the sauce.

5Repeat layer of tortillas and the remaining sauce.

6Cover with grated cheese.

7Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes.
