- 2 lb. ground beef
- garlic powder
- onion flakes
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 to 10 tortillas
- sour cream
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown the ground beef, spices to taste and chilies.

2Simmer for 20 minutes.

3Place tortillas in enchilada sauce, then layer 2 or 3 in bottom of greased oblong casserole dish.

4Place layer of beef, 1/4 of soup and cheese on top of tortillas.

5Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.

6Put remaining enchilada sauce on top.

7Pour on sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.

8Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
